Reserve Your Date Today 

1. Select your Event Space - the Rooftop or the Backyard at Lakewood Ranch Library

2. Pick your date from 13 months up to 14 days in the future 

3. Submit the request form, including expected times for setup, event start/finish, and breakdown  

4. Library staff will review your request 

5. If approved, Library staff will reach out to clarify your vision and finalize pricing*

*Each request is assigned the minimum charge of $300. Library Management will adjust the total during the review process based on hours and services requested.
