Climate Smart Series: Energy
NOW OFFERED VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM!
The Climate Smart Floridians Program, run by University of Florida IFAS Extension, aims to educate people about climate change, and engage them in activities in their household and community. Individuals participate in a training course and then commit to reducing their carbon footprint. The result is stronger community connections, cost savings, environmental benefits, and leadership training across a broad cross section of the public. Participants can expect to receive the most recent research-based information regarding climate change and engaging group discussions on personal and community actions related to adaptation and mitigation strategies.
You will receive the Zoom log-in information for each program in the series a few days prior to the scheduled date.
