SHINE: Medicare Open Enrollment
SHINE Volunteers will assist Medicare beneficiaries in reviewing their 2027 drug plan and Medicare Advantage plan options from 10:15am-2pm p.m. Appointments are required.
If you're on Medicare, it's time to review your current Medicare drug and Medicare Advantage Plans with a SHINE Counselor. These plans change every year so it's important to make sure your current plan will still meet your medical and drug needs. Open Enrollment runs from October 15th-December 7th, 2026.
Please call 800-963-5337 to make your appointment to see a counselor. Please let them know that you want to go to the Lakewood Ranch Library location.
SHINE is a non-profit organization that is part of Florida's Department of Elder Affairs. They are funded by the State of Florida and the Federal Government their services are free, confidential and unbiased as they are not affiliated with any insurance provider.
