Manatee County EMS’ Community Health Program Launches Mobile Health Clinic to Expand Access to Care

Bradenton, FL — Manatee County EMS’ Community Health Program is proud to announce the launch of its Mobile Health Clinic, an innovative initiative designed to bring essential healthcare services directly to communities across Manatee County.

The Mobile Health Clinic will provide:

  • Primary health screenings
  • Preventive and wellness services
  • Health education and referrals to community resources
  • Substance abuse treatment and resources
  • Homeless Resources
  • Health Care Resources
