Creative Aging: Discovering New Art Mediums (Ages 55+)
Seniors 55+, join teaching artist, Karalee Hammes, for four wonderful classes where you'll explore exciting art mediums you may have never tried.
Class 1 – Watercolor Pencils – Discovering how they work with watercolors and watercolor pencils to achieve maximum effects
Class 2 – Working with Charcoal – Exploring techniques and how to use it to accentuate monochromatic drawings
Class 3 – Combining Water Media – Using Gouache, Watercolors and Watercolor Pencils
Class 4 – Using the Techniques to create art
Students can bring their tools (paints, brushes, etc.). Paper will be supplied,
