FREE Teen Mental Health First Aid Training (FOR AGES 14-18)
Become certified in Teen Mental Health First Aid! After this course, brought to you by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Teen First Aiders will be prepared to provide support for their peers as well as help them better cope with mental health challenges themselves.
WHAT TEEN MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING COVERS •
- How to open the conversation about mental health and substance use challenges.
- Common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges. •
- The impact of school violence and bullying on mental wellbeing. •
- How to seek the help of a responsible and trusted adult.
For Ages 14-18 (Grades 10-12). Participants must attend all three classes to receive a certificate.
