Rooftop Yoga
Join us on the roof for weekly rooftop yoga! This is a donation-based group class designed to inspire and invigorate one and all. Beginners are welcome as are seasoned Yogi’s. This is an instructor led vinyasa that focuses on balancing effort and ease through breath work and postures to promote strength and clarity. Please bring a yoga mat!
