CLASS FULL: Creative Aging: Painting Techniques
We’ll learn different techniques as well as how to get the most out of your paintings. You learn different strokes, the difference between watercolor and gauche, and how to achieve specific results using the different techniques.
This series is for Seniors, 55+. Students are encouraged to bring their own paints and brushes, however the instructor will have supplies and paper available.

Class 1- Perspectives on perspective- diving deeper into how learning perspective affects your composition.
Class 2 – “Expanding” Your Art – Learning the basics of gridding to be able to make accurate larger piece.
Class 3 – Made in the Shade – Learn how shading, blending and learn about how light and shadows enhance your art
Class 4 – Shading Techniques – Learn about crosshatching, blending and discussion of pointillism
Class 5 – Untangling Zentangle, - Learn how to create Zentangles, a way to draw as well as relax
Class 6 – Drawing Mandalas – Learn how to draw Mandalas
