Halloween Stroller Strides & Storytime with FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota
Join us for a Stroller Strides class in the back lawn space from 9:30 am to 10:30 am for babies and toddlers hosted by FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota! This event is FREE but please register ahead of time as space is limited. After class, we will be presenting a story time with a Halloween theme! Let's talk pumpkins, apple cider, and hayrides as we head into fall!!
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You'll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized - no matter your stage of motherhood.
