Chair Yoga with Manching
A new class designed for absolutely everyone regardless of age or fitness level. Taught by Manching Tom, Certified Yoga Instructor. This is a perfect class for anyone who’s new to yoga or coming back from any injury. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own yoga blocks to the program.
Waiver Forms will be available and must be completed once by each new participant before the class.
