Stroller Strides with Fit4Mom Lakewood Ranch
Join us for a special family Stroller Strides "Family Day class" from 9:30 am to 10:30 am for babies and toddlers hosted by FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota! This event is FREE but please register ahead of time as space is limited. We will have bubbles, sidewalk chalk, music, and MORE!
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You'll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized - no matter your stage of motherhood.
